PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming or using any bonus spins.

  1. The promotion commences on 29 May 2026 and continues until 26 March 2027 (the Promotional Period).
  2. Eligible clients will automatically receive weekly cashback of up to 10% of their qualifying real-money net loss on participating Vegas Slots Games, Vegas Table Games, Live Casino Games, Game Shows, and Crash Games.
  3. Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the client’s weekly qualifying real-money net loss. Net loss is calculated as follows: total deposits minus total withdrawals minus the closing wallet balance. If the result is zero or negative, no qualifying net loss exists for that weekly calculation period.
  4. Example: If a client deposits R5 000, withdraws R2 000, and has a closing wallet balance of R0, the qualifying net loss is R3 000. At a cashback rate of 10%, the cashback award is R300.
  5. Clients whose weekly qualifying net loss is less than R100 are not eligible to receive cashback for that weekly calculation period.
  6. The applicable cashback percentage is determined by the client’s qualifying weekly net-loss category, as set out in the cashback rates below.
  7. Cashback is calculated each week based on qualifying real-money net losses recorded from Friday at 2:00 PM until the following Friday at 2:00 PM.
  8. Cashback will be awarded each Friday by 4:00 PM and will expire 72 hours after it is awarded.
  9. Cashback will be credited to the bonus wallet. Winnings generated from cashback wagers may be transferred to the regular wallet only after the full cashback amount has been wagered.
  10. For the purposes of satisfying the wagering requirement, wagers placed on Sports, Lucky Numbers/Lotteries, or Crash games will qualify only if placed at minimum odds of 2.00. The minimum-odds requirement does not apply to wagers placed on any other eligible game category.
  11. The cashback balance will expire 72 hours after it is awarded. Any unused cashback and any winnings that have not been transferred to the regular wallet before expiry will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
  12. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not count towards the calculation of weekly qualifying real-money net losses.
  13. Each client may participate in only one cashback promotion category during each weekly calculation period.
  14. The following cashback rates apply:
    • 10% cashback on qualifying net losses of R1 000 or more
    • 7% cashback on qualifying net losses of R500 to R999
    • 5% cashback on qualifying net losses of R100 to R499
    • 0% cashback on qualifying net losses below R100
  15. Cashback applies only to participating games supplied by the following providers: Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, AGT, BetGames, Spribe (Aviator), Sky Pilot, and Skyward.
  16. This promotion is limited to one entry per client. Spin-A-Bet may withhold additional entries or awards connected to the same individual, household, IP address, shared or public computer (including an internet café), mobile number, device, or email address.
  17. Spin-A-Bet reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion.
  18. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of the cashback and any associated winnings. Spin-A-Bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the client’s account.
